Change your order details

If you haven't received an email from us confirming that we've shipped your order - then you're best to send us a message immediately and we'll endeavour to make the changes necessary.

Otherwise if we have sent you an email saying that your order has been shipped - then you won't be able to change your item/s - but you can change your shipping details if needed.

Changing your shipping address and redirecting your order can be done through Australia Post or DHL Express (using the link we provided in our email confirming the shipment).

Ordered or received the wrong items

If we've already shipped your order - you will need to wait until the item/s arrive and then process a return HERE.

If we haven't yet shipped your order - please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to change your item/s before shipment!
